Atomic Overload offers the following Returns Policy:
Unless stated otherwise, all new and used items sold at atomicoverload.com are guaranteed not to be D.O.A for 14 days after delivery but are otherwise sold "AS-IS". Please do not send me a one line e-mail saying "this is DOA I want my money back". 99.9% of the time the problem is simple user error and can be solved easily. I do not accept return without troubleshooting first and all returns must receive RMA approval prior to shipment. All items are marked with tamper proof security labels and if tampered with or removed your warranty and return status will be void. Shipping is non-refundable with the buyer being responsible for return shipping. In the rare event there is a problem, please give a detailed description and we will be happy to help you. .
