 Domestic Shipping: NO LOCAL PICK-UP. All items are shipped USPS with Delivery Confirmation within 1-3 business days after payment. You will be automatically notified your item has been shipped. USPS Delivery Confirmation is not "tracking" which USPS does not offer, but is a confirmation of delivery only and can be found in the "order details" of the auction by logging into your eBay account. Insurance is recommended but not required and as such the seller is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen mail. International Shipping: As a rule I will try to ship to Canada whenever possible, but if not stated in the auction ask before bidding. Other countries I will consider shipping to on a case by case basis, though it is very rare when I will ship overseas. Most likely my answer will be no.
